Philip W. Rice, President of Rice Windows and Doors, and former owner of Rice Insulation and Glass, has been doing business in the Southwest Florida Construction Industry since 1990. "Our desire is to constantly improve, creating 'raving fan' customers who can refer us without reservations."

Will Crane
General Manager

Will has over 15 years of experience in the industry, and has previously worked as Superintendent and Project manager for custom home builders. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Paula, and racing in local and offshore regattas.

Eric Ethington
Sales Manager

With over 25 years in the window industry, Eric's experience includes both residential and commercial. Before joining Rice in 2011, Eric worked in the development, manufacturing and installation of window, storefront and architectural products for companies such as Arch Aluminum, Trainor Glass and Glass Systems Inc.

Scott Strolle

Scott has worked within the window and door business for more than 20 years. He has worked in every facet of the business, including manufacturing, service, installation and sales. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his eight grandchildren.

Brett Fenske

Brett has earned degrees in both Finance and Business Administration and is certified in Risk Management. From his experience in financial advising, Brett understands the importance of superlative communication, morally and ethically driven sales, and attention to detail.

Nick Seguti
Office Coordinator

Nick has over eight years of customer service experience; graduated from Rasmussen College with a degree in Business Management. He loves spending time with his family & friends, playing guitar, watching movies and spoiling his dog.
